Google Play and the App Store require a public page that explains how to delete a user account. Use the steps below to request deletion of your RealtorsBridge app account and related personal data.
Email or call us with the name and phone number registered on your account. There is no in-app delete button yet.
We remove your login so you can no longer sign in, and we delete or de-identify personal profile data that is not legally required.
Account deletion requests are completed within 7 business days after we verify it is your account.
These instructions apply to RealtorsBridge mobile app accounts, including buyers, sellers, territory partners, referral partners, and staff users who can sign in with a phone number.
If you only submitted a buyer or seller form on the website and never created an app login, you can still use the same request process to ask us to delete that submission.
Step 1: Send an email to sales@realtorsbridge.com with the subject “Delete my RealtorsBridge account”. You can also call +91 809 808 1111.
Step 2: Include your full name, the 10-digit phone number used to sign in, your role if you know it (buyer, seller, territory partner, or referral partner), and a clear request to delete the account.
Step 3: We verify the request against the registered phone number. We may ask a short confirmation question before proceeding.
Step 4: After verification, we delete the account login and related personal data as described below, then confirm by email or phone when it is done.

Personal profile details tied to the account, such as name, phone number, and app user profile records, where they are not required for an existing legal or financial obligation.
Device notification tokens and session data used to keep you signed in.
We may retain limited records that we must keep for law, accounting, dispute handling, or platform fees. Examples include completed or in-progress transaction records, commission records, and anti-fraud logs.
Property listings, media, or notes that belong to a business workflow may be kept in an operational form, with your personal identifiers removed or replaced where that is possible.
Anonymised or aggregated information that no longer identifies you may be kept to improve the service.
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 7 business days. If a transaction, fee recovery, or legal hold is still open, we will tell you what must remain until that matter is closed.
