These Terms and Conditions govern the use of RealtorsBridge by buyers, sellers, owners, agents, and any party introduced through the platform. By submitting your details, listing a property, sharing a requirement, or proceeding with a transaction introduced by RealtorsBridge, you agree to comply with these terms.
A platform fee of 1.5% of the final transaction value will be payable when a deal introduced through RealtorsBridge is successfully closed.
If a buyer or seller introduced through RealtorsBridge completes or attempts to complete a transaction without our knowledge or consent, legal action and additional charges may apply.
Both buyers and sellers are responsible for providing accurate information, acting in good faith, and respecting the introductions made through the platform.
By using RealtorsBridge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to all buyers, sellers, developers, owners, agents, representatives, and any other users engaging with the platform.
RealtorsBridge acts as a platform that connects buyers and sellers and facilitates introductions between interested parties.
Use of the platform does not create any right to bypass the platform in relation to leads, introductions, or transaction opportunities sourced through RealtorsBridge.
A platform service fee equal to 1.5% of the final transaction value shall be payable upon the successful completion and closure of any deal concluded through the platform or through an introduction made by RealtorsBridge.
The obligation to pay the fee applies once the transaction is concluded, regardless of whether the final documentation, negotiation, or closing is completed directly between the parties.
Where a buyer or seller is introduced to another party through RealtorsBridge, neither party shall, without the prior knowledge and consent of RealtorsBridge, directly or indirectly negotiate, complete, or attempt to complete any transaction outside the platform.
Any such action shall constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in legal proceedings, recovery of platform dues, and the imposition of additional charges, damages, or penalties as permitted by law.
Buyers must provide truthful and complete information regarding their identity, requirements, budget, authority to purchase, and intended use of the property.
Buyers must not misuse seller information, property details, documents, or contact details obtained through RealtorsBridge for unauthorized direct dealing or circumvention of the platform.
Sellers, owners, and agents must provide accurate details regarding title, authority to sell, property specifications, location, pricing, approvals, and all material information related to the property.
Sellers must not use buyer information or introductions obtained through RealtorsBridge to enter into direct transactions without the platform's prior knowledge and consent.
RealtorsBridge reserves the right to suspend access, restrict services, recover unpaid fees, and pursue legal remedies in the event of misrepresentation, non-payment, circumvention, or other breaches of these Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in these terms limits any additional rights or remedies available under applicable law.
