We use this information to create accounts, match buyers and sellers, verify properties, send service messages, and improve RealtorsBridge.

RealtorsBridge is a property platform that connects buyers, sellers, territory partners, referral partners, and internal teams. We operate from Tamil Nadu, India.
This policy covers https://www.realtorsbridge.com, the RealtorsBridge Android app, the RealtorsBridge iOS app, and related pages such as seller upload links, buyer forms, and partner dashboards.
Identity and contact data: name, phone number, email address where provided, company name, and account credentials. Sign-in uses a phone number and one-time password or password.
Property and transaction data: listings, buyer requirements, budgets, preferred locations, remarks, documents, deal and commission records, and related workflow notes.
Media: photos, videos, voice notes, and other files you upload for profiles or properties.
Location data: precise device location when you allow it, typically to capture or verify a property location during a field visit. We do not continuously track you in the background for advertising.
Device and usage data: app version, device identifiers used for push notifications, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referral codes, and crash or diagnostic information.
Communications: messages, support requests, and call or WhatsApp contact details you share with us or through the platform.
To create and manage user accounts, including buyers, sellers, territory partners, referral partners, and administrators.
To publish listings, collect buyer requirements, introduce parties, and operate property workflows.
To verify property visits, store media, and keep records needed for platform operations and fees.
To send one-time passwords, in-app alerts, and service notifications such as listing or assignment updates.

Camera and photo library: used only when you capture or select profile pictures, property photos, or videos.
Microphone: used only when you record property videos or voice notes.
Location: used when you choose to capture or confirm a property location, including territory partner verification visits.
Notifications: used to send service alerts after you allow notifications on your device.
You can withdraw these permissions in your device settings. Some features will not work without the related permission.

We keep account, listing, buyer, media, and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, collect fees, and meet legal or accounting requirements.
If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or de-identify personal data that we no longer need, unless retention is required by law or needed to complete an existing transaction.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections and restricted access to operational systems.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please keep your phone, OTP, and password confidential.
RealtorsBridge is intended for adults involved in property transactions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
